Return & Exchange Policy :

• You have the right to inspect the item before accepting it.
• If you don’t like it, you only pay the shipping fee and give it back to the courier immediately.
• Once the item is accepted, no returns are allowed — only exchanges (if eligible).
• We do not accept returns at all.
• Exchange conditions:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• All original tags attached
• Same condition as received
• Exchange window: 3 days from delivery.
• Size exchanges allowed if stock is available.
• No exchanges for items bought during sales, special drops, or exclusive releases.

Washing & Care Policy:

– It’s recommended to wash your piece using cold or warm water.
– For best results, turn your piece inside out before washing.
– Preferably use a steam iron when ironing.
– If you’re using a regular iron, avoid touching the print directly to keep the product looking fresh for the longest time.

Sizing policy:

To avoid “the size doesn’t fit me”
– Please check the size chart before ordering.
– Minor measurement differences (1–3 cm) are normal.

Address Error Policy:

– Make sure your address and phone number are correct.
– If the order returns due to wrong details, the customer must repay the shipping fee to resend it.

Shipping Policy:

• Orders ship within 1–4 business days.
• Delivery time:
• Cairo / Giza: 1–4 days
• Other cities: 2–5 days
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
